| This is a great hotel for the price. It was clean and very quiet. Breakfast was good; not enough seats but they is the same everywhere. The bed was comfortable and room had a flat screen tv. Only complaint was our room was not cleaned the one day but went to front desk and received clean towels and thats all we really needed. |

| This AmericInn is billed as Colorado's quietest hotel- I can say that I can agree with this statement. As usual, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous, and handled issues during my stay in a professional and forthright manner. My TV didn't work the first night, and after the problem couldn't be resolved easily, they upgraded me to an executive whirlpool room at no extra charge. Easy access to I-25, gas and food close by. I'd happily stay here again. The only downside was that the sauna was out of service for the duration of my stay. |

| We love staying at this hotel and have done so several times. Great prices, friendly staff, nice clean rooms, quiet, great parking, wonderful swimming pool, good continental breakfast, great location. I really don't have a single negative thing to say about our stay. This is definitely the first hotel I search for when planning a stay in the Fort Collins area. |

| Hotel was conveniently located off the interstate. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was that the sauna was out of order. Other than that every thing was GREAT! |

| the bed was new and very comfy.. flat screen tv with plenty of channels including five hbo channels. staff was very nice as was breakfast.. very quiet hotel..reccomend staying... |

| The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great. The hotel was quaint. Room was clean, but had a bit of an odor. Didn't bother us once we'd been in the room awhile. I would recommend they buy a little bit nicer towels. |

| Hotel was ok for price - fine for overnight stay while traveling but wouldn't recommend for longer stay. Breakfast was nothing special but would have been better had staff kept the hot portion supplied. We came down at 8:00 a.m. and there wasn't much left. Staff did not come and refill until about 8:30. |

| Close to major NS freeway for convenience but quiet! Felt as if I were in the country! Large room with numerous amenities (all working) and plenty of hot water. Even though was only there for two days, registration staff called me by my first name. Overpass construction made exit/egress confusing but is temporary. |
